textileowlYay summer storms that last all afternoon.
Though they did little to actually cool down my room so I caved and turned on the air conditioner in my room.
Everything for classes is done but for finals next week. Theatre and Business on Monday, Textiles on Tuesday and Chem on Wednesday. Then I'm helping Skylark move on Thursday.
Emailed people about houses and have gotten responses, still waiting for more response as to when we can look at the houses
Called job-like places today and left messages, tomorrow I'm going to stop in at some places that I know are hiring.
It sounds like I should step up and tryout for a main role again this year...not that it is necessarily a bad thing since it seems that the mayoress seems to be what I was thinking of how my character would be anyway. Though I think I would request more fighting...maybe I can make a plot twist out of it....like say she spent a few years being a pirate- which could be why she detests them now....hmm....have to ponder over it tonight. Any thoughts of those around, as I know that it was somewhat through about during plot talk one day. Edit: Ok no go with the actual being a pirate, she would have to be noble enough that it would be out of the question. But falling in love with one might just be possible...hmm. It would have to be someone that won't be there, well since we lack males but I think it could work.
Umm....let's see what else...well, will be able to get some money out of my books I hope so I can last a bit longer without starving if I do not get a job soon.
Grades will be interesting, but hopefully I will study enough over the weekend that I can keep up. I'll have to run over the numbers and see how they turn out.
