Tasty Chicken and rice

1 can black beans
Red peppers to preferences (I used what was left of our jar of roasted peppers)
Lemon Juice (judge to taste)
Raisins (two handfuls - Pyr says definitely more)
chili powder
curry powder
thyme
slivered almonds ( which I forgot this time)
cook until chicken is done and beans start to thicken into sauce. Serve over long grain rice.
