And the silly thing was Skylark and I walked right past it on Saturday.
Speaking of, we wandered up and down High Street on Saturday in the slightly eccentric weather that was balancing between snowing, sunshine and clouds that reminded me of late summer thunderstorms in the evenings. It was much fun and I managed to get 50$ worth of beads for my garb as well.
Classes have started up again and hopefully they will go alright this quarter. The days are long but with large chunks of time between classes. One of these days I'll write up what I think of the classes, but it's not going to be tonight.
I've been looking into runes and the process that involves making them, what to make them out of and such. Stones keep coming to mind; such as hematite, carnelian, tiger's eye, and red jasper all say something to me, even as just images on the computer screen. I haven't had any hematite around since I lost my necklace before I left for Czech and now I want something, whatever it was that was there before I lost it.
I hope this will wait until after faire is over so that I don't have one more thing on my plate to work on, but somehow, given the amount of time I've spent researching methods I doubt that this will let me put it aside for a while.
