textileowlSo I've decided that I did want to be in the fashion show and I am now currently designing two dresses....maybe three for it. I may go insane this quarter.
Turned in my first project for the theatre design class. It went well, though I think I could do better and probably will with the next couple of projects. Next up; Taming of the Shrew in Elizabethan England - Kate, Bianca, Petrucchio in the first act and then the wedding scene. It makes me excited, I think I'll toss out a couple of designs tomorrow after my class and interview.
Yes! I said interview. I have a possible job working for a network that helps early childhood educators. It's a mile from my house as the crow flies which would make things even easier. i'm not sure of the pay, but at this point, money is money. I'll be getting dresses to make up this weekend from Lucky Kat, so before that I will need to finish up the noble gown as best I can and get working on the pattern for the basic medieval gown I'm designing for a bunch of the girls for guild. They will have princess seams and I will not care...which is what I keep telling myself.
