Home from the faire. It was a decent thing and I'm glad we went and did the trial run bit at a faire that was laid back and inviting.

It was a bit overshadowed by the fact that I woke up at 6am on Saturday to a phone call from my dad telling me that my great-grandma, known as Granny by most of the world, had passed away. She would have been 87 this week. I will be going down to Portsmouth this Tuesday for the funeral, and will probably be a bit out of it for most of the week. She was my favourite of the three great-grandmothers that I've known and really am going to miss her. It's not really sunk in yet, things like this take a bit of time.

So umm...talk to people later, I won't be at Council tomorrow night, though I've got contacts for vendors from this weekend, but getting ready to head south is going to take a lot of time tomorrow. I've to reschedule my counseling appointment, call my boss and tell him I won't be coming in, catch up on homework for Wednesday, and find something to wear because the last time a great-grandmother died, I was about 5, I believe.
