Okay, first things first.

I now have internet back at home. Yay!! The computer runs so much better than had ben for the last month.

Always remember to print out confirmation pages when you schedule for Orientation. Then you will know your exact times and not have to drive to Columbus twice in two days. I thought my orientation was Monday and Tuesday. Noooo, it was supposed to be Thursday and Friday, but I am going to be in Texas then so we rescheduled for Tuesday and yesterday.

OSU is such a cool university, and I am going to have an absolute blast in the International Affairs scholars program. The others are really fun and I can't wait to meet the other fifty that are yet to be in Orientation. We are going to Honk Kong for spring break and I hope to have the eighteen hundred dollars needed for the trip by winter quarter.
I'll be dorming in Morrison, which is the only air-conditioned dorm on the South campus, lucky us, huh? It's co-ed by floor, girls on one and guys on another. Big deal, at least they won't stink up our hallway.
They have the Oval completely blocked off for re-sodding and for taking down a few of the dying trees, and that adds a whole hell of a lot of time for walking around campus. It takes up a huge space that we now have to walk around and, man, I walked campus at least four times in both days that I was there.
But still, I can not wait to get there this fall. Move-in on is Sept. 19th!! That's the third week of September, I am not going to know what to do for those weeks before that. I will probably be working my ass off in the lovely Troy Meijer.

Alright, I need to go pack, seeing as I leave for Texas in the morning bright and early at 6 o' clock. Joy. I'll be gone for a week but hopefully I can find a computer for a little while to jot down what's been happening.
