That meme of quarter century facts

It's been going around like the pox, so here I am, infected.

1. For the first four years of school, I was in 5 different school districts because of some redistricting. 
2. I like chickens because they're pretty and tasty, I started raising them because of this.
3. There have only been two years of my life without cats: the year I lived in the Czech Republic and my freshman year at OSU.
4. My first word was "Daisy", for the spaniel mix we had when I was a baby.
5. Dogs have been in my life just as long as cats, although I do not have one currently, and they mean just as much.
6. I was reading at a fourth grade level by the time I got out of kindergarten.
7. At one point, after my parents split, they were living at opposite ends of the house with their at the time significant others. Surprising, it worked fairly well, though there was a lot of tension.
8. I was an archaeology major before I switched to Textiles and Clothing.
9. I really dislike going to the dentist, the novacaine makes me bitchy, and I rarely get out without cavities.
10. I have the molars of a 50 year old from clenching my jaw.
11. I still get excited when something I work on looks fantastic.
12. I'm of French, German, and Irish descent on my dad's side.
13. And of German, Swiss, and English on my mom's.
14. But I love Russian/Slovak pagan myths more than I do Celtic.
15. I really like working specialty retail, not big box, you get the entire spectrum of people but the pay tends to be crap.
16. I have never drastically change my hair color.
17. I'm envious of people with dark blue eyes, it's so striking.
18. On my dad's side of the family, out of all the girls I am the tallest at 5'5". This does not include those who married in.
19. I spent much of high school engrossed in tv and books, my escapism at it's highest.
20. I also discovered fandom at this point, starting in Farscape and  Mercedes Lackey, slowly working my way through to Milliway's Bar.
21. The most frequent place that I burn with an iron is my stomach, as it is right at the height of the ironing board and my shirts drift up.
22. I grew up with a bowl hair cut. It was compulsory in the ways I could be nerdy and outcast.
23. Glasses were required in kindergarten, I'm farsighted while the rest of my family is near-sighted.
24. I love sleeping in the summer with the windows wide open, a breeze going and me  in just a cotton sheet.
25. Thunderstorms are a beautiful chaos that I love to listen to.
