Why is it that it takes a station 3 weeks to respond to several voicemail messages and email messages about a costume they decided to keep for two more events.

Not only did they not respond for three weeks, but what they sent was a " Hey we sent you these reservation forms 3 weeks ago  by email to your super busy boss ( whose email isn't even on the reservation form!) , but we haven't heard from you.... can we keep the costume?"

Haven't they ever heard of a phone? Oh wait, that requires talking to people!
