So, today at work we were out of the chickens that we sell as hot rotisserie-style. The man in charge decided, forty minutes until I had to leave, that I was to take chickens from the meat dept and set them up for cooking. Now, these were about 7 dollars each, raw for people to cook at home...we were selling them for five dollars cooked...What the fuck? We were losing two dollars a chicken just so we could have hot chicken...Stupid people.

And people wonder why Meijer is incapable of hiring new people. Or why I don't want to be there. If this temp agency doesn't have anything for me tomorrow...I'm going to start looking at waitressing and hostessing...anything to get out of there.
