Dec. 11th, 2004 11:52 pmCan I go back yet? *pleads*
Why is it that even if I've only been home for barely twenty four hours that I just want to get away again? It's nothing unusual that happens, just the normal idiotic sniping that goes on. In fact, my mother decided for some stupid reason to remark that she is paying my tuition as Liz was talking to Amber on the phone, simply because Liz had said something to the effect as to why I couldn't take them to the movies. It just irritated the hell out of me as it was completely uncalled for and just as bitter as anything can get. Very rude and just annoyed me to no end. And of course when I mentioned this to her she managed to get all defensive and self-pitying.
Ok, but enough of my ranting as people may hear a lot of it in the next few weeks. I go back to Meijer's on Tuesday, 2nd shift again, yay. This is the last time I will be working there, I'm pretty sure of it. I'm just as tired of that place as I am of living here.
So that movie I was talking about was Alexander. Honestly, I know the plot from history and there wasn't a whole lot that I really like but for the men. Gods, men in short tunics is worse than men in kilts. *drools* And the Persians were just gorgeous. Liz and I were sorely disappointed in the lack of actual boy on boy kissing but for the dancer. But, oh well, we saw enough of Alexander to know that he was great indeed.
